FOR FOUNDERS

For founders who know something the market hasn’t understood yet.

You do not need a finished product or polished pitch. What matters is earned insight into a real problem, credible access to the people experiencing it and a reason you may be unusually well positioned to solve it.

WHO WE WORK WITH

A venture-building partner for domain-led founders.

Blank Foundry works with founders who have earned insight into a real problem, credible access to customers and an advantage that can improve the odds of winning. The relationship combines venture judgment with product, engineering and early commercial execution—not fixed-scope software delivery.

WHAT SHOULD ALREADY EXIST

Something real before something built.

We are most useful when the opportunity comes from experience rather than ideation alone.

Earned insight

You have seen the problem closely enough to understand where conventional explanations are incomplete.

Customer access

You can reach people who live with the problem—not just people willing to give friendly feedback.

Structural advantage

Knowledge, trust, distribution, data, relationships or capability that improves the odds of winning.

Company ambition

The opportunity could become a meaningful B2B technology business, not simply a feature or consulting offer.

WHAT BUILDING TOGETHER MEANS

A founder relationship, not a delivery brief.

The work moves between venture judgment and execution. Neither side is valuable in isolation.

THE FIRST PHASE

Turn founder conviction into evidence.

The initial objective is not an MVP. It is to identify what must be true before a product deserves serious commitment.

HOW DECISIONS WORK

The thesis is allowed to change.

No fixed specification.

We do not treat an initial idea as a scope document. The early work exists to find where the opportunity is strongest.

Evidence can overrule conviction.

If customer behaviour contradicts the thesis, the work changes. Continuing because a plan exists is not progress.

Commitment deepens with proof.

Product, operating effort and economic alignment become more meaningful only after the opportunity has earned them.

WHERE THIS MODEL IS NOT A FIT

Some needs are better served elsewhere.

You mainly need software delivery capacity.
You need fundraising support without venture-building work.
You want a fixed specification executed without challenge.
There is no credible route to customers.
Technology is the only claimed differentiation.
You want someone else to carry the founder role.
